Q - Can you explain in simple words what the Rapture is and what will happen?

A - Yes I will do my best to sum it up in an easy to understand way.

This answer is for anyone that just does not understand what the Rapture is and how it will happen and what will happen.

Let's start with the word Rapture, it's just a word to describe how Jesus will return and collect his people and take them to Heaven to be with him so that he can clean up this world and make it like it was in the Garden of Eden.

I think the word ascend is a better word to describe what will happen then Rapture but either will do.

So now about the Rapture or Ascending.

When the Rapture happen Born again Christians will be upgraded to a new body, we will not die, this won't hurt a bit, and we won't feel any pain and this will happen as fast as you can blink your eyelids so there's nothing whatsoever to be afraid of.

We will hear God's Archangels sounding a trumpet, these Angels will be way up in the sky and the trumpet will be very loud, it will be so loud it will wake those Christians that are now dead, so if you have ever lost anyone due to a death that was a Christian they will wake up and ascend up to Jesus first, and then Jesus will call to us that are alive saying "Come up Here" or something very similar to those words, every Christian will hear Jesus in the language they speak and understand.

We will then Ascend (Start flying or floating up to him)

We can't take anything with us other than our babies and Children that have been changed into new bodies, Jesus will have everything we need there waiting for us, don't worry about what to wear you will be given a snow white robe when you are changed into your new body and that's all you need for now.

Don't worry about the things you leave behind you won't ever need them again.

As for pets I believe God will have some way to deal with that I just don't know how he will do it but he is God and he can do anything, you can asked Jesus about your pets when you see him if you like.

However anyone that was a Christian that you have lost because they died over the years will be there in heaven with us and we can see them and be reunited with them forever. I know there will be some people there I want to see!

All the bad and mean people will be dealt with over the next 7 years after the Rapture so that they can never hurt anyone again, and all the harm that mankind had done to this world will be repaired.

After the 7 years is over us Christians will return to earth with Jesus to set up a new kingdom with Jesus as the head ruler and king and we will live happily ever after.
